my jbl tune 710bt is connecting to laptop but not showing up as output device in sound

my jbl headphones connected to my laptop but didnt show up as output device i tried everything it didnt work, then i tried with my other soundcore headphones they connected very well and are working properly, i can find the issue, when i go to properties of both the headphones hardware of jbl headphones have only 4 things while soundcore one has tons of other
