Hi, I'm Ani. I have a intel inside core i3 laptop which doesn't have any new hardware or anything and I've been trying to update the windows for months. It doesn't say I have hardware issues or anything but it says I have no internet connection so it won't update, and when I try to download an app from the Microsoft Store it won't download because it keeps saying I have no internet. This confuses me because I can browse Chrome/Google easily with full bar internet, I can also update games and everything with no issues so I'm very confused why it's saying I have no internet.
