Microsoft sculpt keyboard and mouse (key pad) not working

Hello,I have a Microsoft sculpt ergonomic keyboard, mouse and keypad set. The keyboard and mouse are working fine but I can't get the keypad to work.Can you please help?Thanks,Teckla
