Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition running Windows 11 VMs

What are the Windows Server licensing requirements for running a 32 core Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition with 16 Windows 11 VMs using hyper-v?I understand that the Windows 11 licensing is distinct from Windows Server, but I cannot find if Windows Server 2022 standard needs additional licenses to host the Win11 VMs.
