I cannot change my Lock screen picture after a recent windows 11 update 22H2 OS build 22621.3880. Even if I try and change it in personalization settings it doesn't work Oddly I manually enter lock screen mode via the User icon(the one used to sign out) I will see the image I selected but if I restart or shutdown my PC the lock screen shows just a black screen
