Has anyone received a pop-up that says Microsoft Virus Alert and gives you a number to call 1-833-293-0115? Error OX800VDS

I have received two pop-ups in the past week that says I have a Virus Alert. I was assuming it was a scam as I didn't click on anything or called any phone numbers. Is this a scam?
