Hello, I'm using a Lenovo Legion 5 15IMH6, been using Windows 10 Home for 3 years so far, and no problems occurred till yesterday, my laptop probably downloaded a Windows update while I was away, I returned and the sound interface was working fine like the volume slider and the Fn + Volume Up and Volume Down buttons. I restarted the laptop and I got this message on my speakers with a red cross on it "No speakers or headphones are plugged in.". I followed every method and article that you could imagine, I tried to manually install the driver from Lenovo's support, it said that it was successful
