I have a desktop that has been acting up with several blue screens all of which say that there is a possible malware or corrupted system file installed. After doing some research I decided to wipe my computer and just start fresh. But when I when to the recovery menu and clicked "Reset this PC" I needed to pick an account. I chose my email and entered the password (the same password that i used to log in to this Microsoft account and it said it was incorrect.
