As the title states, the Windows 10 update KB5039211 fails to install, with error message 0x800f0922. I have been having this issue for about a month now, from the day the update was rolled out. After I first experienced the issue, I tried troubleshooting in a number of ways, including making sure there was free space on the update partition, doing a disk check/sfc scan, restarting the update services, and a fresh install of Windows 10 (keeping personal documents).
