How to register Winget

Hi,I have trouble getting the winget cmd-let on my Powershell.It always say that it cannot be found.I ran the Get-Package cmd-let to verify that the Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller is installed.I am unable to reset the Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller package.I am also unable to reinstall or update it from Microsoft Store.The only offline installer package is a MSIX bundle that requires the Winget command.https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/tag/v1.8.1791https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/packaging-tool/tool-overviewThis seems like a circular dependency.I cannot update or re
