Battery showing cross icon and not showing on the Taskbar it is only showing on lock screen and problem in resetting pc

Hello sir/mam,The problem i am using the laptop and suddenly it turned off I think there is low battery issue so I plugged in the charger but the laptop works while charging and it will off if it is unplugged so I try to replace the battery but it won't work and I try for recovery but there was a problem in recovery , it said there was a problem in resetting your pc I am totally disappointed...what should I do now?
