windows drive missing? Where can i find windows sptlight images. WINDOWS 11

Hello,I have two things I'd like to ask1. This is more pressing.When I open File explorer>this PCunder the drives section there is only one, Windows-SSD (C:)Should i be worried2. this is less urgentI really love my windows spotlight desktop images, How can I find or ave my favorite ones to keep in my files or photos?
