At random times while using Windows 11 my taskbar and all other windows will basically be unable to be clicked on. They work like completely normal and I can even scroll on other programs but only the window I was on will be able to be clicked on. I can't even click on task manager when this happens to refresh Windows Explorer.Thankfully, if I put my PC on sleep mode and then quickly back on, it'll fix itself, but only temporarily. It happens so frequently that it's becoming a problem. Is there any way that I can fix this?
