Every few minutes, Mcafee antivirus finds and quarantines a bunch of "FN.exe" files in temp folder, but can't delete the root cause of them

I am positive this is malware as any time that I go and delete the temp folders contents, the files just come back and are quarantined over and over again. I need some help. I've tried using a few different ways to get rid of this malware but nothing is working. I don't want to just completely nuke my computer until I know for sure there is no other option.
