Hi!I have a desktop pc with windows 11. I have logged into my pc with a personal Microsoft account as the main user. My problems started maybe half a year ago when suddenly file explorer wouldn't work. It open the home page but you could not open any other folder or file explorer would crash. I was in touch with Microsoft help and after many hours of remote access by the IT-person, they recommended that I just reinstall windows clean on the pc. They thought that it was a problem with a company account that I had also added to the same user and somehow the organization policies were corrupting
