USB Digital Wireless Receiver Wont Work

I just got this Usb digital wireless receiver so I can use wifi but when I plug it into any USB it says it is a Digital wireless camera I see this by going to devices in settings and I have no Ethernet cord so if anyone could help that would be great 😃 👍
