My windows 10 laptop is not turning on. It shows getting windows ready. Don't turn off the computer and then restarts. It's stuck in this loop.

It happened after I clicked on restart now after installing windows update. I tried everything in advance options menu but everything fails. I cannot even start into safe mode and resetting not works.
