I recently saved an excel file and while using file manager I noticed a yellow exclamation icon next to C disk. I checked online and saw mention of file space being one of the reasons but there is 299GB free space. While checking the security tab I noticed 'Account-Unkown' with several numbers following it. I have never created another account on this device. - I ran Mcafee quick-scan (in the middle of full scan) and no threats were found. - Windows security doesn't indicate any issues. - Error checking on C disk returned no issues. *Windows 11 Home, Version: 23H2*OS Build: 22631.3737Windows E
