I recently noticed that one of the user profiles on my Windows 10 Home PC has disappeared from the sign-in screen as i was clearing profile files on my pc. However, I can still see the profile intact in my user files. I've tried creating a new user account, but I can't sign into that either. The new account just doesn't appear on the sign-in screen despite being visible in user settings on the computer and my old account isn't there.Upon checking my SSD, I see the old user profile, but it's not present on my hard drive (though I'm unsure if it was there previously).
