On restart, I am getting the following popup: "Pythonw.exe...System Error. Code execution cannot proceed because python310.dll was not found."

To my knowledge, no version of any type of Python was or ever has been installed on this Win 10 PC. I do not do any kind of coding so would not have any need for this software. How do I safely remove all traces of Python to get rid of this annoying - and never seen before - popup?
