Active Directory user cannot see the (C:) drive on computer

Active Directory user cannot see the (C:) drive on local computer, When I create a new user, the user can see the (C:) drive of the computer, after adding the user to some Security Groups the (C:) drive is getting unavailable, your assistance and guidance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
