Hello, I have this problem I installed Windows 10 Home N 20H2 using English US iso since the only accessible iso in my language is only 21H2&22H2, but not 20H2. When I finished installing Windows I then installed my language pack first thing,but I noticed that English US is in Display language drop down list even thought it's language pack is not installed(adding and then removing it didn't fix the ),running lpksetup /u shows English US as system language with yellow exclamation icon and doesn't allow me to remove it.
