dwm.exe high memory and cpu usage.

Hello since 1 month the dwm.exe process use high cpu and memory %I did search everything what to do for 7days and nothing helped.I already did try a cleanboot, gpu schedulling off, adjust for best performance, update all drivers. Nothing helps!
