How do I open Microsoft Authenticator in Windows

I tried to type in the start menu "Microsoft Authenticator", no success.I also tried to look on google, so many videos about using google authenticator...I also tried looking under security options, no success.I already have it on my phone. It's amazing there. But it doesn't seem to integrate on windows.I'm logged on with the same account on the phone and computer. (On windows and on the authenticator app.)Sync settings are on.Sorry if this is simple, it should be simple... But for some reason it's not.
