I found successful sign in but it wasn't me

[N.P very anxious now]

I just use my microsoft account after for a long time, then I receive a message of unsual activity and then I check the sign in activity there were few were successful while other all are unsuccessful. The successful sign in beside mine, are different platfrom and IPs.what should i do for this. I have change my passwords, is there anyway that they don't hack into my account or have my email account
