help with BSOD

I keep getting unmountable_boot_volume BSOD I did a fresh install using a USB and the error is still occurring. In system event logs I am seeing event ids 41 and 161 near BSOD timeframe and sometimes the BSOD error says Process_initialization_failed. So far I have done a fresh install of windows and run windows memory diagnostic extended test.
