My Pc on startup always shows DPC_Watchdog violation

Whenever I Open my Pc a blue screen appears showing DPC Watchdog violation, after that it restarts itself and open normally. I have tried reinstalling windows, format PC, run troubleshooters but still no luck. This is my minidump file link- 071324-11109-01.zip .
