Getting BSOD while trying to restart my system with error page in non paged area?

Recently I've been having a lot of BSOD errors. So tried using driver verifier and after starting driver verifier if I try to restart my system it gives BSOD with error page_fault_in_non_page_area . I've 2 ram stick of 8 gb I've tried swapping them and removing each and checking the other. I've tried swapping my SSD. No luck so far.
