I want some help getting my Firefox browser to work. I use a 64-bit Windows 10 operating system, an x64-based processor, and a Firefox version 128 browser. I get the following error message when I try to open Mozilla Firefox: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
