Google apps not opening

None of my Google apps will open: Chrome; Photos, etc I get a message saying there is no internet connection. I've checked the firewall and that looks fine, not being blocked. I checked Proxy settings and they seem to be ok according to Google specs, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome and that didn't work; I've done a restart and that didn't work. So I need some help. I can open Google apps via my browser just fine.Thanks Ken 977
