When I was changing my computer's background, suddenly the computer shut off. I charged it then turned on the computer again. Then I couldn't access any apps. When I pressed the windows button, it does not work. It just says loading but never fully loads. When I try access settings on the bottom right corner. I cannot see anything. I cannot access my settings app at all. I cannot access any app other than Zoom. The only way I could get to the Chrome application is when I press help center on the Zoom app. I try going to settings but it does not work. I tried switching desktops and it still doe
