Not liking Windows 11 - 2 questions

I hate Windows 11. 1. Is there a way to get the widget's icon back to the right? It is taking up SO much room on my taskbar and now I have a TON of unused space. (Which is why they claimed to move the widgets bar to the left. Also, where is the Desktop arrows that used to be on the right? I do not want to minimize every application I have open to get to my desktop!
