Start menu isn't working (Critical Error)

I am facing issue whenever i open the start menu, it shows a warning window stating "Your start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in" but the problem is not resolved even after doing multiple sign in and sign outs. If there are any way to resolve this problem please do help me out here. Because of this issue I am not able to access any of the apps.
