i cant install a windows update

the "2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442)" wont install on my device and when i try to install it it says this error codeInstall error - 0x800f0991is there any way to fix this, if so please help note: it says if i don't install it will effect the security of my device
