uac yes button missing windows 11 - the locked solution is poor

I believe the locked answer to this question is kind of silly and none of the solutions provide a guaranteed solution in my experience. Basically UAC YES button missing does occur but as long as the logged in user has administrator's group privileges, without exception it should always, every time, let this account install or run anything they choose, by simply typing CMD in the search then right click on the best match when the window pops up, which will always be COMMAND PROMPT, to run as administrator.
