My C:Drive is filled how can I free it up by moving my app to D: Drive as it has a lots of free space And one more point I am on windows 10

I was trying to use Virtual Machine and When I was doing that I get to know that my C:Drive is filled. So, I decided to clean it by deleting stuff that I don't want. When I was done with that I saw that I have freed up a little storage only and then I went to settings where I get to know that application on my PC are taking a lots of space. So I decided to delete the applications but I want those applications. So, please tell me how can I move my VS Code to D: drive ?
