Task Scheduler wont create a task

Im running Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4291When i run task scheduler it say that "The remote computer was not found." so i just clicked the "Connect to Another Computer..." option and enter my computer user and it work and when i clicked the "Task Scheduler Libary" theres a error saying that the task scheduler service is not running. I open services.msc and start the "Task Scheduler" service it gave me a error that say "The Task Scheduler service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."
