How to get rid of Trojan:MSIL/Redline.CBYZ!MTB

Hi guys. On every windows startup, powershell is briefly opened then automatically closed. (I didn't see any script typed in) Then, window security detects Trojan:MSIL/Redline.CBYZ!MTB and automatically removes it. After that, I have not found any other side effect yet. Basically the exact same problem as Redirecting seen that he used Farbar to resolve this issue, but i can't really understand how to do it. Can someone help me?
