i have two files in my startup app location with no file location. i disabled them but im really confused did I really somehow get malware? please hel

its so weird and I cant find a file location for these two. I don't know what they could be. one is labeled "6" and the other is a bunch of letters and numbers. please any help is much appreciated. I ran windows defender, and also ran it offline with nothing being listed as potentially hazardous.
