I can get a particular Channel, Leicestershire Police, on WhatsApp Web but can't find it on WhatsApp Desktop so I have to have two windows open. Any ideas - PLEASE!!!! Tried everything I can think of, buy Desktop doesn't seem to recognise it. All my other contacts are in Desktop and I've never had a problem. No idea what to try next. Any help gratefully received. Thank you. The 'appropriate' product and topics i have to select from don't seem to relate to what I'm asking, but if I don't select, I can't post. DOH
