I bought a refurbished laptop recently, which was supposed to come with a legal copy of Windows 10 Home installed on it. It is reporting that "no product key was found on your device. Error code 0xC004F213". This apparently refers to changed hardware, but I have not changed anything. The seller will not send me an activation code - they claim it is built into the bios and the ONLY way this can be fixed is for me to return the laptop to them (at my own expense) and they will fix it.
