I have been using my husband's computer along with mine since he passed and after all of this time the PIN that I had been using to get in no longer works. I have tried different ones that he had used and also went on from the pin to the password area but unfortunately he has his old e-mail attached to it for them to send a code and when he passed his e-mail was closed and no longer available to send anything to and I don't know what password he may of used but have tried several.
