your files.txt file being created everytime

There's this text file called your files.txt that is created every now and then, I delete it everytime and it comes back, I believe it is created by one of the apps on my PC but I ran dozens of checks and there seems to be no malware or rootkit whatsoever, I have no idea why it keeps appearing any ideas ?
