Blue tooth

hello there. Bluetooth stopped functioning after I repaired a loose charging port on a 8470p HP elite-book . I tried uninstalling it on device manager panel but could not re-install it so the blue tooth icon is not there. I then checked the bios system configuration to enable it but there no blue tooth option. please guide me on to re-installing it
