Issues with the Endpoint Protecion Service SDK using too much CPU

Hi, I have an issue since a couple of months with the Endpoint Protection Service SDK on my PC with Windows 10 Pro. It uses all of a sudden all the CPU and it blocks what I am doing, especially games and voice calls. I found someone else had the same issue, I link the page here Redirecting one of the few solutions worked and I can't get rid of it, and I can't freely use my pc anymore. Is there anybody out there that can suggest something else?Thank you very much!
