Computer slowing down until unusable.

Recently (past month) my PC has been slowing randomly slowing down during use until it completely freezes. I subsequently have to power it off via the physical power button and restart it. I've also noticed that my RAM's usage maxes out at about half usage on task manager. I have tried doing a Microsoft memory test and it found no problems. I have ran an anti-virus scan and windows defender scan that both came up negative for malware. CPU - Ryzen 7 5700XGPU - RTX 3070RAM - XPG ADATA 8GB 2x 3200hzMotherboard - B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2
