What is the permanent solution for 100% disc usage problem?

Im using windows 10. My laptop will always shows 100% disc. I searched and followed the solution given by kevin bart in this community. it works well. my problem solved. But after 1 or 2 weeks again the problem raises. Again I tried your solution. Again the problem arises after 1 or 2 weeks. till now i tried those solution 4 times. what is the permanent solution for 100%disc problem. Or whether I have to change my laptop? Whats the solution please reply ASAP.
