Microsoft photos not adding new folders of photos

Both the newest version and the legacy version seemed to have stopped adding new folders of photos into the library. Normally I can add the folder, they’ll go into recently added and the facial recognition will add people into their respective folders.At the moment you add the folder and nothing happens at all.Anyone else experiencing this issue?Thanks
