Microsoft Safety Scanner stuck at removing thread step

So after 16 hours full scan , MSS say i have 10 infected malware name virus win32 neshta.a so i click repair which is recommended . and now the MSS window just hang on like this 12333 hosted at ImgBB. the load green bar just run 1/4 the line and just freeze at there for few hours .. what should i do , should i cancel ?? and rescan only the folder which have the viruss ?? or can i just delete it manually ?? Thank you
