White line at the bottom of my screen.

I recently noticed that i have a white line at the bottom of my screen, its always there and sometimes it flickers. I have already tried to update and roll-back my drivers but that wont work. The line doesnt appear on screenshots. And it also doesnt appear if i plug my Monitor in my Nintendo Switch or anything else. And it also only appears on my main monitor.
